About Katy

Hi, I’m Katy and I am really excited to be your Vice-President Welfare for the 2019-20 academic year.  Since starting my Undergraduate degree in 2015, I have been part of the Students’ Union in the Trampolining Club. As well as taking part in the sport, I have been Treasurer, President and Competition Secretary of the club which allowed me to develop my skills as well as meet new people. In the 17/18 academic year I was Athletic Union (AU) Committee chair; I chaired the monthly sports meetings and represented AU at Student Council. Aside from University, I take part in a variety of events for charity throughout the year and am a Girlguiding, Brownie leader.
