About Pole Fitness

The aim is to be able to do fitness a bit differently with a sport that combines gymnastics, strength building, core building, dance, with the ability to relax and express ourselves. It is one of the best ways how to rest mind during a stressed week in a university and how to build up a self-esteem. Pole Fitness Society last year gave us an opportunity to meet new friends and to even participate in events such as Derby vs. Northampton Varsity where we were able to meet students that have the same hobby and to learn something new from another university.
